Contractor Service Warranty
We are proud of the work that we do and want you to be happy with our service. Please let us know if there is something that you are not satisfied with and we will be happy to take a look at it right away.
Appalachian Home Pros hereby guarantees that the labor portion of the work performed on its projects is to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 120 days from the finish date or date of notice of completion, whichever is the first to occur.
This Standard Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
- To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner
- To the work that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
- To the work that has not been modified, altered, defaced or had repairs made or attempted by others.
- Appalachian Home Pros must be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by the owner or their agent.
- Appalachian Home Pros shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective work at no cost to the owner within a reasonable period of time.
- Under no circumstances shall Appalachian Home Pros be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the construction defect. For 120 days from the date of invoice, Appalachian Home Pros will repair free of charge defects in workmanship performed pursuant to the signed estimate.
There are no other guarantees expressed or implied and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind. The guarantee is for labor only. Materials are not included. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
